About the Team
The Procurement Operations team’s mission is to enable and enhance DoorDash’s success by providing expertise, platforms, and processes to optimize across three pillars:
- Efficient spending of DoorDash capital
- Speed to execution
- Calculated risk-taking across the company’s dynamic supplier portfolio
Procurement Operations is focused on transforming the procurement function at DoorDash by enhancing the business partner experience, improving process efficiency, and identifying areas of synergy / integration with our partners at Wolt.
The Procurement Operations team aims to enable DoorDash internal business partners to fulfill their purchasing and contracting needs with speed and efficiency, while balancing the need for SOX process controls and savings through negotiation.
Major projects in 2024 & 2025 include vendor onboarding process enhancements, procurement customer experience improvements, and the integration of key procurement systems.
About the Role
We’re hiring a team of Procurement Operations Analysts to join our procurement operations team in our Mexico City delivery center. This is a unique opportunity to join a new operations team and participate as an active member of the P2P (Procure to Pay) team. You will achieve key customer experience goals and provide insights so the Procurement Ops leadership team may improve process efficiencies.
The first 90 days will be focused on learning and mastering the P2P (Procure to Pay) process and the suite of tools we use. You will help meet performance KPIs, while also having the opportunity to support Procurement Ops with future growth initiatives.
You will report into the Procurement Operations Team Lead, as part of the Procure to Pay process in our Finance organization. As we are a new team, we expect this role to be 80% in-office to start with a path toward a 60% hybrid arrangement as the team matures.

We're excited about you because you…
- Have 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or related fields
- Are fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish
- Have working experience and strong knowledge in the Procurement Operations, aka P2P process
- Have experience using Coupa P2P software or similar P2P platforms
- Have the ability and desire to learn a new Ops process at DoorDash
