About the Role

This team operates at the crucial nexus of product development and platform advancement, dedicated to addressing significant business challenges through sophisticated technical solutions. As the manager for the Consumer Pricing team, you'll spearhead both the technical direction and the execution of the team. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing our pricing platforms and product initiatives, positioning them at the forefront of the industry. You will guide your team in crafting engineering systems characterized by their reliability, high availability, and scalability. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere technical oversight; you'll engage in cross-functional collaboration, evaluating and making strategic trade-offs to optimize the business impact and drive significant advancements for the company.

We’re excited about you because…

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions.
• Ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
