About the Team

The New Verticals Implementation Team is on the ground floor of building DoorDash’s next big business. Partnering closely with teams to establish the critical relationship between Doordash and the Merchant. We manage onboarding, implementation, and launch for Merchants joining the platform.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Implementation Associate, who is excited to work with Merchants from the sales cycle all the way through go-live and post-launch review and support. You will achieve team goals by ensuring optimized platform presence, accurate inventory set-up and efficient operations for our Merchants.

You’ll report into the Implementation Manager on our New Verticals team where you’ll have direct access to all you’ll need to grow your career to the next level. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and in-office with the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Work on one of the most challenging problems to solve in e-commerce - solving for thousands of unique items and limited existing data.
  • Project Manage our Merchants experience from start to finish
  • Engage merchants every day, starting at the bottom of the sales cycle through post-launch support.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 2-3 years of applicable experience in Implementation, Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of working directly with customers
  • You have some experience with POS Systems, Open API or SFTP Integrations
