About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer on the For Business team you’ll design experiences that help company administrators easily feed their teams as part of their company benefits. You’ll work across the DoorDash platform to help build intuitive business account features and seamless employee redemption experiences. You’ll work with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, strategy partners, researchers, content designers, and more to deliver world class experiences that solve important problems in simple ways.
This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City and will report into the Design Manager, Restaurant Success on our Merchant Design team. This is a hybrid role, with some time in-office and some time remote.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Work horizontally with different DoorDash platform teams to put together a unified experience that serves both personal and workplace use cases
- Explore ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward for net-new experiences
- Push the creative boundaries of our different DoorDash experiences with your design explorations through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
