DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help grow the DashPass subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who loves working with data to identify opportunities and can build solutions that drive retention. DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.
About the Role
Strategy & Operations Managers oversee the strategic development of our business. On a typical day you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments, dive into data to explain retention movements, build processes that enable teams to scale their work 10x, and make sure we never stop executing.
Our best Strategy & Operations Managers are motivated, data-driven, creative, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. They're generalists who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the business successful.

- Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce churn

- Influence – Partner with teams spanning: Product, Finance, Analytics, Support, and Marketing

- You have experience in at least one of the following areas: Subscription, Pricing, Loyalty, Membership, Customer Segmentation, Machine Learning, E-Commerce, Payments, Growth Product, Customer Experience / Support, LTV

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
