DoorDash is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Consumer Financials team in San Francisco/Los Angeles. Consumer Financials is one of the fastest growing businesses at DoorDash. It directly impacts tens of millions of users on the DoorDash platform. The product portfolio includes DoorDash Rewards Mastercard, Gift Card, Wallet, and many more.

About the Role

As the senior manager responsible for the Consumer Financials team, you will be driving the technical strategy, vision and execution of the teams and also lead the evolution of the products to be world-class.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of industry experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience with product feature development, system integration, and system scaling
• Strong track record of execution, leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and x-functional partners
• Ability to lead and grow multiple excellent engineering teams in a rapidly changing business environment
• Experiences working on 0->1 and hyper growth products
• Experiences in fraud detection and prevention is a plus

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
