  • After 6 months, you will:
    • Optimize Modeling Accuracy: Implement critical enhancements to financial models to optimize reserve adequacy and IBNR member-level allocations within the financial pipeline.
    • Drive Reporting Excellence: Lead the delivery of a refined monthly reporting suite that utilizes deep-dive variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual results and budgeted figures.
  • Future success in this role includes:
    • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key strategic partner providing sophisticated actuarial judgment on complex risk-based contracts and aligning reserving models with Clover’s long-term financial strategy.
    • Operational Excellence: Continuously improve month-end efficiency through automation and cultivate a high-performing team recognized for technical excellence and accurate financial insights.

You should get in touch if:

  • You are an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the actuarial field, with a strong background in reserving, IBNR calculation, and financial reporting, preferably within the Medicare Advantage or managed care industry.
