- Collaborate with CLOVTech and business stakeholders to define and implement architecture solutions that enable business capabilities and drive innovation. This requires thinking in a modular way to create reusable components and considering the scale needed for future growth.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices, and promoting automation fluency and the integration of AI where applicable.
Success in this role looks like:
- Within the first 90 days, you will have reviewed the existing technology landscape, identified key architectural gaps, and proposed initial recommendations for improvement, particularly with regards to scale, security (cybersecurity by design), and opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Within 6 months, you will have developed a comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmap and established governance processes for architectural decisions, with a strong emphasis on modular thinking, AI utilization, and automation fluency.
- Ongoing success will be measured by the effective adoption of architectural standards, the successful implementation of strategic technology initiatives, and the ability to drive business agility and innovation through technology, including the successful deployment of solutions that scale, are secure by design, and leverage AI and automation.
