At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
We are hiring an Implementation Engineer on the Counterpart Assistant team. You will be a critical team member in implementing new customers onto the Counterpart Assistant platform.
In this role, you will work across the organization to assist in successfully onboarding new customers. Partnering with customer success, product management, engineering, SRE, data science, and more, you will implement critical data mappings and refine processes for existing and future customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a detailed eye for data validity and efficient planning.
As an Implementation Engineer, you will:
- Implement and validate data mappings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data integration processes.
- Assist in refining and documenting onboarding processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer onboarding experience.
Success in the role looks like:
- Maintaining and improving existing customer integrations.
- Coordinating across business units to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Designing and implementing new processes to improve our customer and engineer experience.
- Leading customer integrations from planning to implementation for engineering.
You should get in touch if:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in technical implementations, data analysis, or software engineering.
- You have worked with data integration and ETL processes.
- You have experience working with SQL and data mapping tools.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are familiar with healthcare industry standards and technologies (preferred, but not required).
- You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $104,000 to $115,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc
