  • Partner with the Growth team to evaluate and pursue opportunities for market expansion, using your data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Utilize your superior quantitative and critical thinking skills to gather data, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations to ensure Clover Health remains at the forefront of the Medicare Advantage landscape.
  • Articulate complex strategies and financial information clearly and concisely to facilitate decision-making among senior executives and stakeholders.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Within your first 6 months, you'll build strong relationships across the organization and develop a deep understanding of Clover's unique business model and diverse P&Ls, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner.
  • You consistently champion and execute high-impact initiatives, driving impactful decision-making by leveraging your deep understanding of business levers, operational expertise, and insights into regulatory trends and technological innovations, resulting in significant business value that often exceeds expectations.
  • You have established yourself as a catalyst for innovation, regularly identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or a related field. Experience within the Medicare Advantage space is required.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus.
  • You have strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish.
  • You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities, combined with financial acumen including proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate complex information effectively to various stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Google Suite, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • You have high ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
