Your role

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert functional and solution guidance
  • Gather business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and document high‑quality functional specifications
  • Create and validate As‑Is and To‑Be process maps to support design and alignment with future‑state solutions
  • Lead a functional workstream, ensuring delivery quality, issue resolution, and alignment with project timelines
  • Provide input to project management on planning, risks, dependencies, and status updates
  • Contribute to capability development within the functional service line, including knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives
  • Experience partnering with account executives growing opportunities

Your profile

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Architect with extensive experience in SAP Supply Chain - IBP

  • 20+ years of project experience, including 8 full end‑to‑end implementation cycles
  • Extensive experience working with SAP and Supply Chain
  • Strong ability to demonstrate deep functional knowledge of IBP
  • Experience with SAP MM, SD and or EWM a plus
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage business stakeholder relationships
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phases
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in functional lead and solution architect roles
  • Experience in FMCP, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Energy and or Government

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
