Your Role

Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test solutions for the BPC SmartVista Cards CMS implementation program, covering UI, API, integration, regression and Visa certification support scenarios across Credit, Debit and Corporate Card products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and automated test scripts using Microsoft Playwright and/or Katalon Studio (or equivalent automation Code First tools like Selenium)

  • Automate web, API, integration and regression test scenarios across Cards Management Software (CMS), bank applications, digital channels and third-party interfaces.

  • Work closely with functional testing teams to identify automation candidates and maximize regression coverage.

  • Support automation of Visa certification-related test scenarios where feasible and reusable.

  • Validate API integrations, batch interfaces, file exchanges and business workflows using automated and reusable components.

  • Help executing automated test suites, analyze failures, debug issues and coordinate defect resolution with development teams.

  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.

  • Prepare automation execution reports, coverage metrics and quality dashboards.

  • Contribute to framework enhancements, coding standards, reusable libraries and automation best practices.

  • Support SIT, UAT and release validation activities through automated regression testing.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in test automation engineering

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Playwright and/or Katalon Studio (or equivalent automation Code First tools like Selenium)

  • Experience developing automation frameworks, reusable components and automated regression suites

  • Strong knowledge of UI automation, API automation and integration testing

  • Experience validating REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads and service integrations

  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL for backend data validation

  • Working knowledge of Cards Issuing domain, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards and related transaction flows

  • Experience working in SIT and large-scale integration testing programs

  • Exposure to Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines and automation lifecycle management

  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM or similar test management and defect tracking tools

  • Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
