Job Description
The Senior Principal Consultant is a high-level strategic advisor and technical expert within complex integrated Oracle database environments. The role focuses mainly on very large databases and real- time integration projects like data warehouse and data integration hubs. Experience on data integration solutions of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle BI is optional. The position requires the ability to work independently as a senior technical authority while collaborating closely with customers, architects, infrastructure teams, application teams, and other technical specialists.
YOUR ROLE
- Act as a peer and strategic partner to client executives, helping them define business and technology strategies.
- Design and implementation of data integration hubs and innovative technical or business solutions
- Guarantee that all consulting deliverables meet the highest standards and unlock tangible financial and business value for the client.
- Establish core standards for Data Warehousing (DWH) and architectural understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Real Time Operation Data Store principles, Identity and Access Management product.
- Design and scale new, repeatable consulting products and service packages.
- Build proprietary design patterns, reusable code libraries, and implementation frameworks.
YOUR PROFILE
- Extensive professional experience in information technology, ideally 15+ years, with deep specialization in Oracle Database technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory or Oracle Identity Analytics.
- Proven experience delivering complex data integration solutions and data warehouse solutions.
- Professional certifications in data platforms or data management are expected.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Kafka, SQL, PL/SQL, data integration.
- Experience in one or more regulated industries such as banking, telecommunications, public sector or insurance
- Programming Languages: PL/SQL expert, JAVA understanding, Python understaning
