Job Description

The Artwork Planning Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects from design through print production for a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role requires project management expertise, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end packaging artwork projects from design to print production.
  • Coordinate internal teams including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Act as primary point of contact with external agencies, printers, and suppliers across multiple time zones.
  • Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and ownership.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage feedback cycles and minimize rework.
  • Lead pre‑production meetings and manage escalations to closure.
  • Support cost estimates, rate cards, and budget updates.
  • Mentor junior Artwork Planning Leads and coordinators.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within CPG/FMCG environments.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end artwork, print production, and digital assets.
  • Strong multi‑project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
  • Experience working with global, cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
