Your Role
- Manage and track CAPAs from initiation to closure, including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks.
- Support quality processes such as deviations, change controls, and investigations.
- Contribute to audit preparation and follow-up for internal/external GMP, GDP, and ISO audits.
- Draft and review SOPs and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliant and efficient processes.
- Stay aligned with EMA/FDA/ISO regulatory expectations and promote quality best practices.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience with QA and CAPA
- You have a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineer, Biotechnology or a relevant scientific or engineering field
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel four times/week at the client site in Beerse, Geel, Puurs or Ghent
