Role Purpose Client facing role shaping and leading strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing transformations, enabling resilient, compliant, and future-ready Pharma operations in Capgemini NCE SBU. The role anchors Capgemini’s credibility in regulated manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments. In this bringing together the capabilities from across Capgemini business lines and leveraging latest technologies, incl. Agentic AI Domain Scope Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing Quality, Validation, and Compliance Digital Manufacturing, MES, Automation Data and AI in Operations Requirements 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists
