Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners and suppliers to optimise the enterprise organisation, its capabilities and initiatives. The key focus is on the end to end value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together.Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.

Your role

Business Architect Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business process assets for their organization. Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects. Lead the integration of project solutions and governance.

Your skills and experience

8–12+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CLM) and comparative understanding of other CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM)

Proven experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce-native CLM capabilities, with ability to clearly differentiate and position them against third-party CLM solutions

Strong expertise in end-to-end contract lifecycle management within Salesforce, including contract authoring, redlining, negotiation, execution, and repository management

Hands-on experience designing Revenue Cloud CLM data models, contract templates, clause libraries, and reusable components leveraging Salesforce architecture

Ability to architect and define solution boundaries between Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud CLM, and external CLM tools, including trade-offs, integration patterns, and platform fit

Strong understanding of integration architectures between CPQ, Revenue Cloud CLM, Salesforce core, and ERP systems, including API-led and event-driven approaches

Experience building and optimizing complex approval workflows, negotiation processes, and contract collaboration flows natively in Salesforce

Expertise in document generation strategies within Revenue Cloud CLM, including template orchestration, dynamic clauses, and version control

Hands-on experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and orchestration across Salesforce and external systems

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
