Rol

• Building frameworks from scratch
• Defining testing strategy and standards
• Driving architecture-level performance improvements
• Ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and production-ready
• Tool selection (Gatling, JMeter, Locust)
• Framework design and reusable components
• Execution pipelines and environments
• Standardized reporting models
• Create performance test strategies
• Design realistic workload models based on:
• Production traffic patterns
• User behavior analytics
• Peak vs. off-peak scenarios

Profile

• A critical part of the role is understanding:
• Microservices architecture
• Service dependencies
• API communication flows
• You will identify:
• Critical APIs
• Bottlenecks
• High-risk transaction paths
• Develop performance scripts using:
• Gatling (Scala/Java) → high-performance & preferred
• JMeter / Locust → flexible but less modern

Focus is on:

• Reusability
• Scalability
• Data-driven testing
• Python is heavily used for:
• Automation and orchestration
• Custom test tooling
• Data setup and cleanup
• Integration with pipelines and APIs
• In this role, Python is not optional — it's part of daily work.

You will analyze:

• Latency issues
• CPU/memory usage
• Database performance
• Network delays

• Optimize database queries
• Improve caching strategies
• Refactor inefficient APIs
• Tune infrastructure scaling rules
