YOUR ROLE:

• Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Containers environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy applications on Azure

• Provide Remote Customer Support while deploying New/Existing Cameras within Field Environments

• Proactively troubleshoot software issues affecting camera operations

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices

• Work with Field Technicians via Cell phone interactions/remote IM for all maintenance camera activities

• Will be expected to be working within an On-call work/rotation providing support during standard working hours. - On-call rotation during weekends and US holidays may be applicable.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field demonstrating strong software development skills

• Proficiency in Azure

• Strong knowledge of Python, Linux, Bash scripting, Containerization, and GitHub

• Proven ability to manage containerized applications with tools like Docker or Podman

Experience in Customer Support and strong troubleshooting skills

• Understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Prior work experience in the oil and gas industry

• Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies

• Prior work experience with IoT or Edge Computing
