Your role

  • Designs, develops, and leads the delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality implementations across the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience, and industry clouds).
  • Provides technical leadership and best-practice guidance, contributing to architecture, integrations, testing, and DevOps while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
  • Design, develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, configuration, and integrations.
  • Lead and contribute to technical solution design, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with Capgemini and client standards.
  • Deliver and support integrations with external systems and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft), ensuring data integrity and reliable data flows.
  • Apply best practices across the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, DevOps, deployment, verification, and validation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers, contributing to improved engineering practices and solution quality.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to articulate technical options, trade-offs, and recommended solutions in a business-outcome-focused manner.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation to support delivery, supportability, and ongoing enhancements.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience delivering Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments, including development, configuration, and integration work.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with core Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, security, testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience working across multiple Salesforce implementations, supporting design, build, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration patterns, and data management best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned to best practices.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in a business-outcome-focused manner, explaining technical options and trade-offs clearly.
  • Salesforce certifications and experience with industry or cloud solutions (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds) considered an advantage.
