Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Contribute to and manage a queue of internal and client project requests that involve report design, overlapping deadlines, and shifting project scopes. Ensure all requests assigned to you are delivered on-time and accurately.
• Drive efficient execution in supporting/enabling key deliverables to our clients including monthly PowerPoints for Sams Club Merchandising VPs and customized weekly reporting for merchants
• Help own MADRID user ticket resolution for the most challenging tickets that may need cross-functional expertise to assess and resolve.
• Learn the latest Circana data sofware innovation and apply it for Sam’s Club’s benefit
• Contribute to overall team project fulfillment – being willing to step in to fill business need
Requirements
• Exceptional analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• 0 - 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge in Python and R.
• Ability to work across multiple functional teams inside and outside Circana to drive results
• Agility and speed in learning new software and data sets
• Ability to train others in data software and data sets once you are proficient
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant executional implications.
• Strong communication skills to generate action in others, including verbal, written and presentation.
• Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and processes.
• Exceptional initiative and ability to work independently.
• Experience in Retail, CPG, or General Merchandise data and decision environments it's a plus
• Experience working with industry analytics software (e.g. Circana Unify, Power BI, SAS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• BS/BA degree or higher in Analytics, Economics, Marketing Research, Supply Chain, or other data-intense business-related fields.
