Your role

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering SAP VIM solutions for international clients, helping them automate and optimize their invoice management and P2P processes. Working closely with business and technical teams, you’ll translate requirements into clear concepts, support solution implementation, and ensure smooth project execution. You’ll guide clients through best practices, contribute to continuous improvement, and support VIM topics in S/4HANA‑related initiatives.

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Your tasks

• design, develop, and implement solutions that support automated and optimized business processes;
• drive Vendor Invoice Management and digital content processing initiatives using SAP and OpenText technologies;
• analyze, refine, and design end‑to‑end business processes to meet client requirements and improve operational efficiency;
• deliver best‑practice consulting and provide expert guidance throughout all phases of VIM projects;
• create and develop enhancement concepts that strengthen process automation and user experience;
• work closely with clients to translate functional and technical requirements into effective, customer‑specific solutions;
• configure, customize, and implement process flows, including planning and executing system tests;
• support VIM-related activities in SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with new functionalities, process changes, and integration requirements.

Your profile

• strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly within SAP Financial Accounting;
• hands‑on experience with SAP and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions;
• proven experience configuring SAP VIM systems;
• ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system designs;
• experience leading Accounts Payable workshops with client experts;
• strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset;
• experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects, particularly in the context of VIM and P2P processes, will be considered a strong advantage;
• communicative level of English is required; additionally, knowledge of German will be considered a great asset.
