Your Role

You’ll lead and deliver impactful SAP projects for international clients, turning business needs into effective, scalable SAP solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide stakeholders through key decisions and ensure high‑quality delivery across all project phases. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and support the growth of our SAP community. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic SAP initiatives, mentor consultants, and further develop your expertise in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your Project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your Tasks

• Manage and support the development and enhancement of SAP modules for international clients.
• Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in alignment with client needs and project guidelines.
• Develop concepts for new SAP solutions and implement agreed enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deliver significant new functionalities and improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP best practices and roadmap planning.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support innovation initiatives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, covering both implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in configuring SAP modules and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing project delivery, ensuring objectives and timelines are consistently met.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
