Your role
The Senior Manager, People Consulting & Insights leads the Advisory Hub in Poland. Working with client senior People (HR) leaders, this role will act as a trusted partner. The role combines deep consulting capability, strong analytical acumen and excellent people leadership to drive evidence‑based improvements to HR strategy, policy and operating effectiveness.
The Senior Manager is accountable for the quality, governance and delivery of advisory services, overseeing programmes of work and ensuring insights and recommendations meet the highest professional standards.
Your tasks
- Senior advisor to Strategic Business Partners and HR CoE leaders across key HR domains.
- Lead advisory engagements, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing consulting, insights and analytics team.
- Set clear roles, expectations and standards for advisory excellence.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen consulting and analytical capabilities.
- Create development pathways through feedback, stretch opportunities and structured plans.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑standards culture.
- Oversee people insights, analytics and data products to support decision‑making.
- Ensure analytical outputs are robust, well‑governed and easy for non‑technical audiences to understand.
- Champion evidence‑based practice across the Advisory Hub.
- Lead complex programmes, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget and high‑quality delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and provide senior‑level escalation.
- Define governance frameworks ensuring quality, standards and risk management.
- Continuously improve advisory, insight and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies, data standards and professional practices.
Your profile
- Significant experience in HR consulting, people advisory or internal consultancy roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with substantial proven experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent people leader with experience building and developing teams and driving results through people.
- Strong background in analytics, insights or evidence‑based decision‑making (people analytics experience desirable but not essential).
- Proven track record of leading complex programmes of work and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience establishing governance, quality and delivery processes.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new ways of working.
