About our Award Winning Graduate Program

What will you be doing?

In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skill set you’ll be off doing project work – it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to. The company has a global workforce of over 350,000 people who help our clients solve their most complex business and technology challenges. You’ll be on real projects doing real things to contribute, however our program team will be there to help you thrive!

Graduates will have chance to be considered for displines as broad as Data: Management, Trust & Data Engineering, Strategy & Managment Consulting, Communication Design & UX, Functional Software Consulting, Technical Software Consulting: Development, Cloud and Software Engineering, Business Anaylsis & Engineering Consulting.
