About the Job you are considering:

The AI Platform Architect (Insurance) is responsible for designing, leading, and governing next‑generation AI and machine‑learning platforms that power core insurance functions such as underwriting, pricing, claims, fraud detection, and customer engagement

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect to lead the design and architecture of our nextgeneration AI platform built on AWS and Databricks This role involves defining the HighLevel Design HLD and LowLevel Design LLD for the endtoend platform driving integration with enterprise systems such as Radar EDP and other dataAI services within the ecosystem
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of cloud architecture data engineering and AIML platform experience along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions

Your Skills:

  • Define and own the HLD and LLD documentation for the AI platform on AWS and Databricks
  • Design scalable secure and costoptimized architectures for data processing feature engineering model training and inference pipelines
  • Establish standards patterns and best practices for platform components including Lakehouse architecture MLOps and data governance
  • Architect and guide implementation of Databricks workspace setup clusters Unity Catalog Delta Lake workflows and model serving
  • Lead the integration of the platform with key internal systems such as Radar EDP Enterprise Data Platform and other upstreamdownstream applications
  • Design cloudnative solutions leveraging AWS services such as S3 IAM Lambda EMR Glue ECSEKS Step Functions CloudWatch and networking components
  • Work closely with engineering teams product owners data scientists and securityinfra teams to align technical design with business goals
  • Strong expertise with Databricks Delta Lake Unity Catalog MLflow Workflows
  • Proficiency in PythonSQL and familiarity with CICD TerraformIaC is a plus
