We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, AUTOSAR Classic, and ADAS applications. This role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
You will drive high-quality software delivery in ASPICE-regulated environments while mentoring engineers and influencing project-level technical direction.
Your role
- Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded automotive software.
- Own and architect AUTOSAR Classic solutions, including:
- BSW stack configuration
- SWC architecture
- RTE optimization
- Drive development of ADAS features, including multi-sensor systems (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic).
- Perform advanced debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Define and review software architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with ASPICE, including reviews, audits, and process improvement.
- Guide and mentor junior and entry-level engineers.
- Act as a technical interface to customers and project stakeholders.
- Support estimation, planning, and risk analysis from a technical perspective.
Your profile
- Expert-level C/C++ embedded development experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic:
- BSW modules
- SWC design
- RTE configuration and optimization
- Strong experience in ADAS systems and sensor integration.
- Advanced debugging and analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of ASPICE processes and quality frameworks.
- Proficiency in version control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience influencing architecture and technical strategy.
