YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an OpenText Specialist to join our team.
- Work on the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of OpenText ECM / Content Server
- Perform system upgrades, patch deployment and environment optimization
- Manage and support indexing, search, permissions, workflows, transports, OTDS and Content Server modules
- Develop and maintain WebReports, LiveReports, workflows and customizations
- Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks and complex OpenText architecture challenges
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and implement ECM solutions
- Support integrations with other systems and enterprise applications
- Ensure governance, security, stability and resilience of OpenText platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement, best practices adoption and OpenText operational excellence
- Provide expertise across multiple OpenText modules (Content Server, Archive Center, Extended ECM, Capture, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong experience with OpenText technologies (7+ years dedicated)
- Solid expertise in Content Server installation, configuration, upgrades and administration
- Experience with System Center for patch deploymentKnowledge of Content Server Transport
- Strong background in Indexing & Search Administration
- Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
- Ability to design and support OpenText Workflow
- Strong experience with OpenText LiveReports and OpenText WebReports
- Knowledge of Appearances, Enterprise Connect and Livelink Builder
- API programming knowledge (REST, SOAP, CS API)
- Experience customizing OpenText solutions using jQuery
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in English
