We are seeking experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are looking for an individual who is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem preferably someone who has worked on several salesforce projects in a complex and fast paced environment having multiple teams and vendors with an Acumen to visualise and document solution approaches in collaboration with Solution Architects to hone in on the best outcome for the business and project team

Your Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and maturity in engaging with key business stakeholders and project team members
  • Who has experience is conducting requirements gathering sessions Show Tells sprint demos and supporting UAT
  • With strong communication skills and an empathetic approach in engaging with team members
  • Who has some exposure to the financial services industry processes preferably in the B2B space Sales Service Marketing
  • Who has worked in projects following the SCRMAgile framework
  • Who has exposure to using various project tools for eg Jira Confluence Visio etc
  • Who is personable and has a happy positive outlook in general
