YOUR ROLE
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading GTM solutioning from first conversation to proposal, shaping client HRSD engagement‑layer and workflow solutions, translating complex HR and GBS requirements into clear, compelling, high‑value transformation propositions.
- Building and scaling a market‑leading ServiceNow HRSD capability, growing the team, strengthening delivery methods, and ensuring consultants remain fully certified and equipped to deploy the latest platform capabilities and best‑practice approaches.
- Overseeing delivery excellence across a portfolio of engagements, with a hands‑on focus on discovery, stakeholder management, transformation design, and business analysis. Ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
- Driving innovation through deep product and market insight, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD enhancements, AI features, and evolving HR/GBS operating models to inform strategic advisory and elevate solution value.
- Shaping clients’ North Star HR technology architecture, ensuring ServiceNow HRSD is optimally positioned within a broader HR ecosystem and maximising the value of its AI‑enabled capabilities to modernise the employee experience.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Business & Methods - Demonstrates strong consulting discipline, with the ability to translate complex HR and GBS workflow challenges into structured, value‑driven ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Skilled in defining future‑state operating models, designing transformation methods, and shaping compelling business cases through clear, logical problem‑solving.
- Capgemini Invent DNA - Embodies Invent’s innovation mindset — curious, collaborative, and comfortable challenging existing ways of working. Brings a human‑centred, design‑led approach to transformation and embraces emerging technology (AI, automation, digital workflows) to reimagine the employee experience.
- Leadership - Leads with clarity and credibility, capable of growing a high‑performing HRSD capability, coaching consultants, and influencing senior stakeholders. Demonstrates strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams through ambiguity toward aligned outcomes.
- Technical - Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD platform capabilities, including case management, lifecycle events, and AI‑enabled features. Adept at shaping “North Star” HR technology architectures and advising on how HRSD integrates into a broader HR ecosystem. Maintains current knowledge of platform updates and HR technology trends.
Helpful Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (strongly recommended)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (beneficial for architectural conversations)
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) /c.4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
