Your Role
- Use Design thinking and a consultative approach to conceive cutting edge technology solutions for business problems, mining core Insights as a service model. Contribute to a global business and technology consulting team responsible for developing and delivering innovative offerings and solutions
- Contribute to the capacity of a hybrid Business Analyst in Enterprise client projects: Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions. Document business processes, functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Manage and refine backlogs in Agile environments, support sprint planning and demos.
- Collaborate with technical teams on migration projects, integrations, and solution design. Act as PO or PM when needed —manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Maintain governance and documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms. Facilitate business conversations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Support risk and dependency tracking, change control, and release readiness. Candidates are expected to perform various roles across Delivery, Innovation, Go to Market / Pre-sales, Centre of Excellence, etc.
Your Profile
- Strong Business Analysis expertise (elicitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria) with 5 to 10+ years working experience as a BA/PO/PM. Experience in technical writing skills to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Non-functional Requirement document, User Manual &Use Cases Specifications
- Experience in JIRA/Confluence and possess strong knowledge of the Scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP etc. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead business conversations.
- Familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, data migration, system integrations). Strong documentation and communication skills. A combination of either (Migration/Digital transformation)/PO/project management/Delivery lead/Engagement manager skills alongside BA skills
- Strong domain knowledge - AI/Automotive/Banking/Insurance/Healthcare/FMCG/Sustainability preferred. Comprehensive & solid experience of SCRUM as well as SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
