Your role
As a Team Manager in E2E Planning you lead a team of planners within the Planning & Supply organization. You oversee product and information flow across the global network, drive operational efficiency, and support high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives. You ensure adherence to processes, champion continuous improvement, and act as a key knowledge resource while guiding the team through the integrated planning cycle.
Your tasks
- Lead planners in one of our E2E Planning domains – DRP, Inventory, Supply Planning, Strategic Planning or NTM Planning.
- Oversee business performance, team capability development, and forward‑looking initiatives.
- Support planners of varying experience levels, ensuring smooth execution of daily planning activities.
- Manage and develop a diverse planning team, driving performance and improvement.
- Apply strong planning expertise, analytical skills, and scenario‑building capabilities.
- Understand supply chain links to sales and commercial functions.
- Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and foster trust.
- Thrive in a fast‑moving environment, make quick and sound decisions, and maintain a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrate ownership, flexibility, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Your profile
- At least 5+ years in supply chain planning (distribution, production, materials), ideally in FMCG.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- Fluent in English (min. C1 level) with strong communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, JDA, or similar planning systems.
- Strong process orientation and teamwork mindset.

- Project management experience; exposure to data, systems, and cross‑functional processes.
