Job Description

Business & Process Analysis
Define, assess, and optimize end‑to‑end insurance and claims processes
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or transformation.

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with SMEs, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Document functional and non‑functional requirements, use cases, and business logic.
Ensure alignment of requirements with product vision, compliance needs, and system capabilities.

Techno‑Functional Collaboration
Provide techno-functional insights to development and QA teams.
Fomulate feasibility of user stories and help technical teams in solution design.
Work closely with architects to evaluate API requirements, data flows, and system behaviors.
Assist in data analysis, reporting requirements, and interface specifications.

Agile Delivery & Testing
Participate in Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Help QA teams in developing test scenarios and formulating requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and sign‑off.
Provide post‑deployment and documentation updates.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst in insurance and claims.
Strong ability to define processes, map workflows, and identify optimization opportunities.
Expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solid techno‑functional background, capable of bridging business and IT.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
Strong experience of data, integrations, and system behavior within insurance ecosystems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
