Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise
15+ years of overall IT experience (Financial Services preferred).
12+ years of hands-on engineering experience with 6+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
Strong experience with MarTech and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud / AEM or equivalent).
Expertise in web technologies: Angular or React, Java, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven systems.
Experience integrating complex ecosystems using APIs, ESBs, iPaaS, and serverless integration patterns.
Strong understanding of identity and security frameworks (Okta, SAML, OAuth).
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevSecOps practices.
Architecture & Frameworks
Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, system quality attributes, and non-functional requirements.
Experience producing and reviewing architecture documentation and diagrams with enterprise architecture teams.
TOGAF certification preferred (or similar frameworks such as Zachman or SAFe Architecture).
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication skills with strong executive presence.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned outcomes.
Proven leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries.

Role Summary:
The Senior Solution Architect – MarTech & Full Stack is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for defining, designing, and governing complex, end-to-end digital solutions across SaaS platforms, custom-built applications, cloud services, and MarTech ecosystems.
This role requires a strong hands-on engineering background, deep architectural expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear technical storytelling and decision-making. You will lead multi-domain architecture initiatives spanning digital channels, cloud-native platforms, integration layers, content management systems, analytics, and enterprise SaaS landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Lead architecture definition for complex, multi-application digital ecosystems including SaaS platforms, custom web applications, integration services, workflow engines, and cloud-native solutions.
Define end-to-end architecture blueprints across business, application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers, aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ADM, etc.).
Architect modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React) and responsive, UX-driven digital experiences.
Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
Create future-state architecture roadmaps, conceptual diagrams, transition plans, and architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, decision logs, risk registers).
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Provide architectural leadership for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Guide platform engineering practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, observability, API governance, and reliability engineering.
Partner with cloud and security teams on AWS and Azure best practices including IAM, multi-region deployments, autoscaling, and compliance.
MarTech & Digital Experience
Architect digital experience and marketing technology solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud / AEM or equivalent CMS platforms.
Design personalization, analytics, tag management, and omnichannel marketing architectures.
Collaborate with UX, content, and SEO teams to define content models, headless CMS architectures, and omnichannel delivery patterns.
Technical Leadership & Governance
Provide technical thought leadership on architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
Drive code quality, reusability, operational excellence, and architectural compliance across delivery teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and modernization evaluations.
Mentor engineering and architecture teams through critical design decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the primary technical interface with client senior leadership, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering managers.
Develop and present executive-level solution overviews, architecture decks, and technology roadmaps.
Influence decision-making through data-driven trade-off analysis and strategic recommendations.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,000 - $161,000/ yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
