Your Role
Capgemini Invent is looking for candidates who have the right mix of Domain & Management experience to join our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track.
- The candidate should have strong knowledge of global data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, PDPL, LGPD, and the DPDP Act, along with hands‑on experience implementing at least one of these regulations.
- They must be able to collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams to identify data‑processing risks and conduct or review assessments and regulatory‑aligned templates.
- They should be capable of assessing an organization’s current data privacy posture and creating a roadmap to enhance the maturity of its privacy compliance program while taking on advisory or client-facing responsibilities.
- The role requires experience in business analysis—preferably within the Financial Services domain—and the ability to conceptualize and lead the development of solutions, consulting assets, and pre‑sales or GTM support.
Your Profile
- The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations and present information to diverse audiences.
- They should possess knowledge of banking and regulatory processes, with experience in configuring or implementing major regulatory reporting platforms considered an added advantage.
- The role requires excellent presentation, demonstration, problem‑solving, and quick prototyping or proof‑of‑concept creation skills, with a strong passion for customer‑facing engagements.
- The candidate must be able to quickly grasp new technologies and drive execution efficiently in a dynamic environment.
