Your Role
Capgemini Invent is looking for candidates who have the right mix of Domain & Management experience to join our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track.
The role will require the following:
- The candidate should be able to review and recommend improvements to various risk frameworks—such as enterprise risk, country risk, third‑party risk, and strategic risk—while possessing knowledge of operational resilience across business, technology, cybersecurity, and third‑party management, along with familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
- They must have hands‑on experience implementing the ProcessUnity Third‑Party Risk Management solution and be capable of executing first‑level controls in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements within a risk‑controlled environment.
- The role requires ongoing risk identification, horizon scanning, monitoring regulatory and industry developments, assessing residual risks across processes, recommending control enhancements, and contributing to control and operational risk evaluation through end‑to‑end process walkthroughs.
- The candidate should be willing to take on client‑facing advisory or delivery responsibilities with global teams and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to operational and regulatory risk exposure.
Job Description - Grade Specific
- The candidate should have prior experience in operational risk management within financial services—preferably banking or investment management—along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- They must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations, skilled in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and PL/SQL, and capable of clearly presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience configuring or implementing operational risk management platforms is an advantage, supported by excellent presentation, demonstration, problem‑solving, and quick prototyping or proof‑of‑concept creation skills.
- The candidate should be passionate about customer‑facing roles, able to quickly grasp new technologies, and capable of driving efficient execution in dynamic environments.
