YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will play a critical role as an interface between the business, the customers, and their product related needs on one side, and the Team on the other
In this role, you will play a key role in:
Eliciting, analyzing and validating API requirements
Interact with business users, IT Application Development team, IT Operations Team and external service providers on project implementation
Requirement gathering and Analysis, facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders and facilitating and participation in design discussion and workshops.
Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions and story walkthroughs
Collaborating with partner system BAs and other stakeholders- Stakeholder Management
Buffer the Team from feature and bug-fix requests that come from many sources, and is the main point of contact for all questions about product requirements for the team
Work closely with the team to define the user-facing and technical requirements, to document the requirements as needed, and to determine the order of their implementation
Help the POs decide the fitment of those change requests into existing business flows without additional development effort
YOUR PROFILE
Experienced in conducting gap analysis and impact analysis
Experienced in API data mapping
Knowledgeable in API and integration
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Has banking domain knowledge
Can report onsite (Ortigas) for 5 Days (M-F)
