YOUR ROLE
YOUR TASKS
- Design and build end‑to‑end HR solutions (H2R) for clients, including operating models, process design, and system components.
- Support bid processes, developing solution content and collaborating with sales teams to prepare responses for RFI/RFP.
- Lead and manage solutioning activities following Capgemini methodology, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
- Conduct commercial modelling and FTE sizing based on client data to shape HR Target Operating Models.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and participate in workshops and solution defense sessions.
- Prepare high‑quality bid and project materials, including internal reviews, client submissions, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor junior team members, driving continuous improvement in solution design practices.
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across internal teams, maintaining clear ownership of solution changes throughout the bid lifecycle.
YOUR PROFILE
- Around 5–10 years of experience in the Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) domain, with a solid understanding of HR processes and end‑to‑end HR service delivery.
- Proven experience in leading HR solutioning, transformation projects, and operating model design, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Hands‑on experience in supporting bid cycles, including developing solution content and responding to client RFI/RFP.Strong capability in commercial modelling, FTE sizing, and building HR Target Operating Models based on client data and business needs.
- Experience working directly with clients for requirements gathering, workshops, solution validation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Familiarity with HR technologies
- Proficiency in process mapping tools, such as Business Optix, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and confidently.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple solutioning streams and meet strict bid timelines.
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively across delivery, sales, and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and solution quality.
