Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to join the HR and Employee Experience team. This person will lead a team of 15 consultants and scale the team aggressively in terms of headcount and sales.
The candidate should have a sales and leadership mindset; the firm seeks a strong leader who can articulate a vision, and also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).
The role demands a high level of autonomy; the ideal candidate should be able to work independently to build sales offers, take offers to markets and clients, solution for questions related to below, and run deal cycles independently. Drive is needed to help build the HR Process & Experience Consulting business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Work independently to pitch and win clients and manage end to end delivery for:
- HR Transformation Strategy and plan
- Employee Experience Framework
- Hr process design and HR operating Model design
- HR technology implementation management
- HR technology vendor selection and business case design
- HR AI projects
Bring expertise in selling HR consulting services to Indian and global clients through capability showcase, client reachouts, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
Manage operations for a team of HR consultants operating in a GDC environment. Success metrics include: utilization management, new sales, account renewals, headcount growth.
Primary Skills
They will have 13+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR transformation & Effectiveness, Employee Experience, Digital HR, Human Capital Strategy Design with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
Preferred Qualification is MBA/Master’s from Leading University (India / Abroad) in field of Human Resources Management/ Strategy Management.
This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
Key qualifications include:
- Significant HR consulting sales experience in India markets OR experience in leading HR process / technology sales in international clients
- Prior experience in managing a full sales and delivery cycle for clients
- Significant prior experience in HR Advisory and HR strategy, process and technology consulting to propose improvements to Hire-to-retire HR process.
- Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of client organizations, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc.
- Industry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.
- Extensive experience in End-to-End HR Project and program Management
- Experience in selling and delivering projects to improve Employee Experience in major and complex HR Transformation projects across HRMSs platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent systems
- Experience with at least 3 of the following: payroll, benefits, compensation, time & attendance, performance management, employee data management, succession planning, learning and development, recruitment, and workforce planning. Experience in working with global teams
