YOUR ROLE
The Business Analyst supports the Head of Department in delivering departmental objectives by coordinating work, aligning activities across teams, and managing the full E2E Planning Business Review Cycle. This includes organizing key meetings, preparing content, gathering inputs, and prioritizing topics. The role also acts as the department’s business representative in cross‑functional forums and leads mitigation planning during supply issues. Additionally, the Business Analyst oversees departmental analytics, ensuring accurate data and insights to enable effective decision‑making.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate delivery of business objectives and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Lead E2E Planning Business Review Cycle.
- Provide analytical support as required and align with the Department Head on priorities.
- Serve as the central source of data and business intelligence.
- Contribute to the development of reports and tools.
- Define analytical standards and ensure consistent approaches within the department.
- Represent the department in cross‑functional initiatives, projects, and forums.
- Coordinate prioritization across teams during supply challenges.
- Develop and track mitigation plans and report progress to management.
- Lead business impact assessments and recommend next steps.
- Monitor delivery of key activities such as pre‑productions, tax‑related actions, and windfall management.
- Manage production location and planning strategy setup for new PLM initiatives.
- Track progress of critical supply‑planning activities, including cross‑factory projects, capacity shifts, and new line ramp‑ups.
