Your Role
Total Experience: 12-14 Years Only
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore
- Lead delivery operations, ensuring issue resolution, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide teams on technology, architecture, and application delivery best practices.
- Drive planning, execution, and deployment of high‑value business and IT solutions.
- Ensure project profitability through financial oversight, quality governance, and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and shared direction.
Your Profile
- Strong Techno‑Functional SAP expertise with hands‑on experience in ECC and S/4HANA.
- Proven experience managing SAP AMS engagements (Incidents, Requests, Problems, Changes) with client-facing ownership.
- Demonstrated capability in program planning, budgeting, P&L management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing delivery using structured methodologies.
- Ability to drive operational improvements, process rigor, and automation initiatives.
