Your Role

Total Experience: 14-16 Years

Location: Pune

  • Provide end‑to‑end governance of a large Fixed‑Price RUN portfolio, ensuring on‑time, issue‑free service delivery and SLA/KPI compliance.
  • Act as the primary leader for customer and internal RUN delivery stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level governance reports showcasing value adds, risks, issues, performance metrics, and service trends.
  • Identify and drive continuous service improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities and permanent fix solutions.
  • Manage risks, issues, and quality deviations while ensuring strong customer relationships and high service performance.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale RUN/AMS service portfolios (200+ applications, multi‑million revenue).
  • Strong expertise in Service Delivery Management, SLA governance, and customer satisfaction management.
  • Ability to lead and mentor RUN SDMs and Delivery Teams, ensuring performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including executive‑level reporting (CIO‑level governance).
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in a remote delivery model.
