Role Description
As a Client Delivery Partner, you will lead delivery for one of our most strategic Utilities clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You will manage large-scale programs, optimize costs, and serve as a trusted advisor by leveraging insights from other Utilities engagements. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and deep industry knowledge to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Operational Excellence: Design and implement Operational Excellence models and frameworks to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• High-Performance Teams: Coach, mentor, and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Cost Optimization: Drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across delivery streams without compromising quality.
• Technology Leadership: Manage delivery across SAP S/4HANA, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/GenAI and IT/OT integration (SCADA, ADMS/DMS, DERMS).
• Client Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging experience from other Utilities clients to guide Hydro One on best practices and innovation.
• Regulatory & Security Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards, mitigating risks for critical infrastructure.
• Risk Management: Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Executive Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as the escalation point and trusted advisor.
• Change Management: Support organizational transformation and adoption of new technologies through structured change programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Client Partners, sales teams, and solution architects to identify growth opportunities and shape future engagements.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Capgemini in industry forums and contribute to Utilities-focused innovation initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
• Delivery Leadership: 10+ years managing large-scale technology delivery programs in Utilities or related industries.
• SAP Expertise: Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA (private and cloud) and related modules, plus ability to integrate SAP with other enterprise platforms.
• Broader Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/GenAI, cybersecurity, and IT/OT integration.
• AMI Expertise: Deep understanding of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployment, interoperability, and integration with smart grid technologies.
• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to design and implement operational excellence frameworks and lead high-performance teams.
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage P&L, optimize costs, and deliver profitable engagements.
• Regulatory & Security Expertise: Understanding of Utilities regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
• Change Leadership: Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption.
• Client Relationship Management: Skilled in engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Negotiation & Commercial Skills: Expertise in managing change orders, pricing negotiations, and complex deal structures.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to coach, mentor, and develop large delivery teams in a global delivery model.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD $101,300 - CAD $169,080
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
