Your Role

As an SFMC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven customer journeys that enhance engagement and elevate overall customer experience.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Developing and deploying custom SFMC solutions including email templates, landing pages, automations, and journeys.
  • Building scalable and reusable components using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
  • Implementing and optimizing Journey Builder workflows and multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
  • Integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs, data extensions, and automation studio.
  • Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and personalization across campaigns.
  • Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and production support activities.
  • Monitoring platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring best‑practice security and governance.

1. AMPscript & Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

Expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting scripts for personalization and dynamic content.

2. SQL (Marketing Cloud Query Activities)

Advanced SQL skills for segmentation, data manipulation, and automation within Marketing Cloud.

3. Journey Builder & Automation Studio

Ability to design complex, multi-step customer journeys and automated workflows.

4. API Integrations (REST & SOAP)

Experience integrating SFMC with CRM systems, data sources, and external applications.

Strong understanding of responsive email development, audience management, and cross‑channel orchestration.
