Your role
As a Project Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise-wide Telecommunications projects and programs. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of solutions.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Managing multiple enterprise-wide Telecommunications projects with limited direction, demonstrating your expertise in project management methodologies
- Communicating effectively with executives to keep projects aligned with business goals and serving as a point of contact when multiple units are assigned to the same project
- Liaising with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables while performing quality control throughout development
- Coordinating and managing project tasks, deliverables, and assisting in planning and deployment phases
- Tracking and reporting weekly project progress across multiple projects while conducting administrative duties such as setting up meetings and creating estimates
Your profile
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in the telecommunications industry or related technical field
- Excellent facilitation skills to coordinate and lead project discussions with 50+ stakeholders effectively
- Strong technical background to comprehend and manage complex technology projects
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and creating comprehensive project plans
- Sound understanding of business financials to make informed decisions and manage project budgets
- Advanced Excel skills with formula experience for financial tracking and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to create status reports with minimal direction
