Your Role
- As a Capacity Manager, you will ensure that IT infrastructure capacity—including compute, storage, and network resources—meets current and future business needs in the most efficient, cost‑effective manner.
- You will identify allocation gaps, forecast infrastructure requirements, monitor performance trends, and optimize compute components to maintain high availability and meet agreed SLAs.
- You will work closely with portfolio managers, operations teams, deployment teams, and technical stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage capacity.
- You will also take ownership of capacity-related processes, drive ITIL‑aligned improvements, and support risk management activities to ensure operational continuity across the enterprise.
Your Profile
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Capacity Management across compute, storage, and network environments.
- Strong expertise in Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Resource Allocation.
- Deep understanding of Availability & Performance Management.
- Experience working with IT capacity tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience investigating capacity‑related incidents and driving root‑cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL Capacity Management, Incident/Problem/Change processes, and KPI documentation.
- Strong expertise in identifying capacity risks, mitigating service impact, and ensuring business continuity.
