Job Description

FSC Salesforce Financial services cloud

As a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant, you help financial organizations optimize and digitize their customer processes. You understand the logic of FSC, grasp the dynamics of financial services, and translate complex challenges into robust, scalable solutions. You work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers, taking a leading role in analysis, configuration, and quality assurance.

What you will do

  • Analyze processes in areas such as customer management, advisory, lending, or service
  • Translate business requirements into concrete FSC solutions
  • Configure FSC functionality (Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, etc.)
  • Draft user stories and functional designs
  • Lead workshops and refinement sessions with business and IT
  • Advise on optimizations, new releases, and best practices within FSC
  • Collaborate with developers on integrations, data migrations, and technical implementation
  • Perform functional testing

    What you bring
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, analyst, or product specialist
  • Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, data model, permissions, automation)
  • Experience designing and configuring OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors
  • Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and excellent communication
  • At least two relevant Salesforce certifications, for example:
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Platform App Builder
  • Business Analyst
  • Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (highly preferred)
  • OmniStudio Consultant (preferred)
  • Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
    Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with (Mulesoft) integrations
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements within financial services
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutionsorapplications.1.
