YOUR ROLE

• Lead software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for technical and financial challenges.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within the project context.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations when applicable.
• Prepare and present status and financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project and delivery management within software development.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience managing international projects, including coordination across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, APIs).
