Your Role
The PCC Developer will be responsible for designing, and one who will configure, and implements Powercurve Collections strategies, rules, data models, and interfaces to support end‑to‑end collections operations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Designing of the collection’s solution using Powercurve Collections product.
- Design and develop collections solutions using the Powercurve Collections (PCC) platform.
- Interpret client collection strategies and configure CDS policies and rule sets accordingly.
- Understand CDS components and system interfaces, take ownership of programming and configuring interface integrations based on client requirements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to solution analysts in translating high‑level designs into accurate low‑level configuration.
- Support UAT activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve core product‑related defects.
- Perform database analysis, including reviewing tables, procedures, and functions; updating logic within DB procedures; and modifying scripts to support multi‑account scenarios.
- Manage deployment activities across production and non‑production environments and maintain installation documentation.
- Provide BAU production support, including Control‑M batch monitoring and handling inbound/outbound file transfers with integrated systems.
- Promote a strong customer fairness culture, ensuring Experian’s commitment to responsible customer outcomes.
- Lead by example in adhering to regulatory requirements and applying effective operational controls.
- Contribute to solution architecture, including strategy configuration, data model design, and interface pack development.
- Support technical implementers in the installation and setup of the Powercurve Collections suite across Windows and Unix environments.

- Experienced professional with the following-
- Powercurve Tools: PCC with Design Studio Experience
- Monitoring Tools: Splunk (optional)
- Devops Tools: GIT, SVN (optional)
- Database: Oracle (Must)
- Technologies: Java, J2EE , Webservices PC
- Positive and team-oriented attitude and should be able to work as a team.
