Capgemini's Financial Services is driving large-scale business and technology transformation across banking and insurance. As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to shape and deliver change from discovery and business case through design, implementation, and benefits realization. You will apply strong analytical thinking,
structured problem solving, and stakeholder management to enable measurable outcomes across customer, risk, cost, and control.
Mandatory language/domain requirements
- Strong communication in English.
- Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese; ability to read & write is highly favoured.
- Domain/functional experience in at least one of the following:
- Wealth Management, Private Banking & Investment Banking
- Transaction Banking & Payments
- Digital Banking (Internet & Mobile Banking)
- AI-enabled solutions, process automation & streamlining
- Customer onboarding journeys & customer accounts
- Life insurance–related transformation initiatives
- Other banking and banking-tech related domains
Your Role
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements using structured methods (e.g., user stories, process models, data flows).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, operations, and technology to align on scope, priorities, and design decisions.
- Perform current-to-target process re-engineering; define controls, KPIs/OKRs, and benefits hypotheses supporting the business case.
- Partner with product owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into executable increments; support backlog refinement and UAT.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively; challenge low-quality requirements or design choices and drive decisions with evidence.
- Manage change impacts across different audiences and support implementation/adoption in complex banking environments.

Extensive experience gathering requirements across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Broad financial services knowledge with specific functional expertise.
- Demonstrates strong business knowledge and sound commercial sense.
- Exposure to business case development with clear understanding of how design enablers underpin benefits.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Highly effective communication and influencing; resolves disagreements and can challenge poor requirements/design decisions.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead meetings/workshops with no supervision.
- Experience working on large, complex engagements in a global environment.
- Strong track record delivering change to diverse audiences and managing implementation in banking environments.
Your Skills and Experience
- Analytical thinking & structured problem solving; ability to convert ambiguity into clear, testable requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling with stakeholders at all levels.
- Process modeling (BPMN/Lean), data analysis, and controls design; familiarity with tooling (e.g., JIRA/Confluence/Visio).
- Understanding of SDLC/Agile delivery; experience supporting UAT and change adoption.
- Banking domain depth in one or more areas listed above; curiosity to learn adjacent domains.
